This site is run by Vesta Legal Consulting Limited (company number 17326920), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL6 6HG. We trade as Vesta and we are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and your message. There is nothing else.
No cookies or tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to accept or reject.
Why we use it
We use what you send to read your enquiry and reply to it. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch.
Where it goes
The site runs on Vercel, and enquiries reach us by email. Your details are never shared beyond that, and they are never sold.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while the conversation is live and delete it once we no longer need it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, get in touch through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
